Four Level Screening - Corporate Sponsorship. All of our consultants go through an extensive process known as our Four Level Screening. This procedure gives us the opportunity to qualify all consultants before they ever step foot on a client site. From our Resource Management Team, a consultant is put through a rigorous technical assessment by our Technical Management Team to determine his or her level of experience. Once assessed, the consultant is then put in contact with the Business Development Manager responsible for your account. There, the consultant will gain an in depth understanding of your business requirements. Lastly, prior to any consultant being placed on your project, they will need to be signed off on by the Corporate Management Team, thereby ensuring complete company buy-in.
